By uploading photos or submitting text (“User Content”), you grant Fluchi a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this content solely for the purpose of generating the requested illustrations and stories.

You represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have the legal right to use it
You have permission to upload images of the child featured

You retain ownership of your original content.

Fluchi grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the final generated story and artwork. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content generated through the Service without written permission.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Fluchi uses automated and AI-assisted systems to help generate stories and illustrations. As a result:

Outputs may vary between requests
Generated content may differ slightly in style, wording, or visuals
Fluchi does not guarantee specific educational, emotional, or developmental outcomes

All content is provided for creative and entertainment purposes only.

4. Children & Responsibility

Fluchi does not independently verify the identity, age, or consent status of individuals featured in uploaded content.

Responsibility for obtaining appropriate consent and permissions rests solely with the user. Fluchi shall not be held responsible for misuse of the Service or uploaded content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fluchi shall not be liable for:

How a child interprets or responds to a story
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, emotional distress, or perceived outcomes
